Roger in search of a "love nest"

Continuing to follow his plan to settle down and show his girlfriend that he is "the marrying type", Roger has been looking for a home of his own.  He really loves this one; great view, wonderful neighborhood, not too far from work.  He just wishes there was an elevator...
