Real job again!








Some examples from a maternity/family portrait shoot with a really fun and adorable growing family today.

    I honestly don't know a thing about photography but I do know a lot about pregnancy and thus have seen more than a normal amount of maternity pictures. These are all great. I love the stripes and the one of mom and dad. I however personally would suggest the next time you do the laying down shot that you have mom prop the hip furthest from you just a bit to angle just a tad toward you. I think it would have opened her up a big and put more focus on her belly and face. That last one of all of them though is simply amazing!

  3. Thank you for the tip, we were struggling a bit with how to make her look "more pregnant" in some shots. I will remember that next time for sure. We did the lying down shots kind of quickly, since I know it's not a great idea to be lying on your back when you are this pregnant. This is when I really want a studio, honestly, I like these but would really love the chance to photograph a pregnant woman in a setting that allowed us to do some bare belly photos and stuff.
